How We Raise
\nOur Sheep<\/span><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]On gorgeous, rolling countryside situated between 8,000 and 10,000 feet in the Andes mountains, sits Pismal, our family farm. Pismal is surrounded by hundreds of acres of native oak forests, and miles of springs and creeks, which we work hard to protect.<\/p>\n

Our sheep graze freely along massive green hills – they are never caged nor transferred to other farms. Spinning<\/span><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]CARDOLAN wool is spun manually by our network of artisans, using a centuries-old technique practiced by generations of women. The Colors<\/span><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]CARDOLAN spun wool is dyed manually and we mostly use regional plant dyes from oak, walnut, indigo, artichoke, eucalyptus and lichens, just to name a few. Working the Wool<\/span><\/h3>\n
